8:30am - 1.25c watermelon, 100gr yogurt, 24oz water
10:30am - 3.5mile walk
1:00pm - 3oz chicken, 1c vegetables, 24oz water
4:00pm - 1/2c cottage cheese, 24oz water
4:45pm - 25min Wii, 24oz water
6:45pm - pita, 2.5oz chicken, 1/2oz cheese
8:15pm - 1c cherries, light hot chocolate
9:45pm - 1/2c cottage cheese

F/V - 6, H2O - 96oz, Exercise - 3.5mile walk, 25min Wii
