12:15pm - 1/2c veggies, 3oz chicken
12:45pm - 45min kickboxing, 24oz water
3:45pm - carrot, 24oz water
6:00pm - 4oz chicken, 1/2c cottage cheese+strawberry
7:00pm - 50min weights
8:30pm - 1/2c cottage cheese+strawberry, 24oz water
9:15pm - 100cal Doritos packet, light hot chocolate
