11 Days to Go! - Timmi

8:00am - 100gr yogurt, 1c cherries, 24oz water
12:00pm - 1/2c veggies, 3oz chicken, 24oz water
12:30pm - 3mile walk
2:00pm - 20min Wii tennis, 24oz water
4:00pm - 1.5c steamed broccoli
7:15pm - chicken enchilada, 1/4c beans, 1/4c rice, 1/2c peaches
10:45pm - Clif Luna bar

F/V - 7, H2O - 72oz, Exercise - 3mile walk, 20min Wii
