8:30am - 1/2c cottage cheese, 1c grapes, 24oz water
9:30am - 4.5mile walk
12:30pm - vegetable soup, 24oz water
2:30pm - apple
4:00pm - 30min weights
7:30pm - 1/2 spinach roti, 24oz water
8:30pm - 40min skating
