Breakfast: Small bowl of quaker oatmeal squares, skim milk, OJ
Lunch: Most of a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, piece of french bread
Dinner: Finally, I ate a full meal! Spaghetti with meat sauce, most of a bowl of salad, piece of bread.
Dessert a few hours later: Brownie and milk.
