11:30am - 25min Wii tennis
12:30pm - 5c salad, 3oz chicken, 2Tbsp ff dressing, 24oz water
2:45pm - 30min weights
3:20pm - 1/2c cottage cheese, 24oz water
6:45pm - 3oz chicken, potato, 2oz curry sauce
7:00pm - 1/2c cottage cheese, 24oz water
8:00pm - 30min roller skating
9:00pm - 1.25c watermelon, light hot chocolate
