Didn't sleep well last night, sadly. I mean, I slept well for the 1-2 hours at a time that I slept.
7:00am - oatmeal, 40oz water
8:00am - 1c peach slices
11:00am - 112gr cottage cheese, apple
1:30pm - 2c homemade chili, 40oz water
5:45pm - 1oz cheese, toast, 3oz turkey
7:00pm - 4.5mile walk
8:00pm - 16oz water, Reese pb cups
