1:30pm - 16.9-oz water, 100 calorie pack cheetos (I forgot to eat lunch, and I'll be heading home here shortly, so there isn't any point in doing so now. I'll eat something at home, I promise.)
3:00pm - hamburger patty, no bread, 1 C. rice-a-roni, 12-oz Coke Zero
3:30pm - WW Smart Ones dessert
6:00pm - Sonic! Chicken sandwich, fries and 2 cheesesticks. Strawberry limeade to drink.
