Day 50 - Timmi

Well, it's been 7 weeks. I really need to kick it into gear for the next month or so.

8:00am - 1.5c watermelon, 16oz water
11:25am - 16oz water
1:00pm - 3oz chicken, 1c vegetables, 16oz water
2:00pm - dry cereal
4:30pm - 2slices wheat toast, sugar-free pudding cup
5:30pm - 10 wheat crackers, 2Tbsp peanut butter
6:00pm - 20min Wii tennis, 20min biking, 16oz water
7:00pm - fruit juice pop

F/V - 5, H2O - 64oz, Exercise - 20min Wii, 20min biking
