Day 48 - Timmi

Yesterday was OK. I worked out and had fairly good choices all day until I had some caramel and a handful of Curry Lays with dinner. Well, just the chips with dinner, the caramel was a snack.

6:00am - 4.5miles walking
7:15am - 16oz water
8:25am - 1.5c watermelon, 16oz water
2:00pm - 1.5c vegetables, Coke Zero
2:45pm - 2c dry cereal
6:00pm - 3oz chicken breast, 2c watermelon
7:15pm - 24oz water
9:50pm - 2oz turkey breast, wheat bun, lettuce
---
F/V - 10, H2O - 56oz, Exercise - 4.5miles walking
