1:00pm - 2sl wheat sourdough, 2oz chicken, sprouts, 24oz water
4:00pm - 25min Wii tennis
4:30pm - 1c cucumber, 24oz water
6:30pm - 4oz chicken, 1c vegetable soup
7:15pm - 22min skating
8:15pm - 100cal brownie, 24oz water
9:00pm - 100gr yogurt, 1/2c all-bran
