Week 5

Day 29 - 29 points, no exercise except for a bunch of housework and laundry (up and down the basement stairs many times)

Day 30 - 29 points, plus I used 7 of my weekly points (went to Wendys for lunch), 30 minutes on the bike

Day 31 - 29 points, no exercise

Day 32 - 29 points, 15 minutes on the bike

Day 33 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 34 - 28 points, plus a weekly point, no exercise today

Weigh-in today - I lost another 2 pounds for a total loss of 9.8 pounds. I also lost a daily point finally. David lost 3 pounds and is down 15.2 pounds overall!

Day 35 - 28 points, plus 19 weekly points, no exercise

I used 27 weekly points this week.
