I am doing really well at my goals so I thought I'd come back, not so discouraged by feeling shitty. Today I weighed myself and am at 201! That's 9 pounds I've lost since July 28. :D I've cut out all sodas but one a day, all sugary treats like FCTC or cookies, and I've been drinking water.
Today I had 1.5 cups of Cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk for breakfast with 10 ounces of orange juice (can I tell you how much I love that they're providing orange juice for us now?!).
4 chicken strips and a cup of cottage cheese for lunch with 10 ounces of root beer
Chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce and a slice of American cheese with 2 8-ounce cups of grape Kool-Aid for dinner
Oh, and a piece of sugarless gum and a serving of water throughout the day.
Today I walked at work for 6.5 hours, walked to the babysitter's and back, and sat on my butt. I'm thinking of lifting my 5 pound weights for a little bit and maybe eating a plain baked potato, but I don't know yet.

I'm really proud of you, Amy. You set your goals and you're accomplishing them. I can just see the self-pride in your words. I'm so happy for you. =)
That's so great, Amy! Do you find that you're even missing the evil sugary soda or have you adjusted to one a day?
