(This is the kind of style I think we should use, if anyone has a better idea, show us. The idea is that each person creates a post with their name and the day number then edits it to add more information as the day progresses.)
7:30am - 2 slices of whole wheat toast, 16oz herbal tea
10:45am - 1.5c fruit salad, 16oz water
2:45pm - 2c salad, 2oz chicken breast, 1Tbsp salsa, 16oz herbal tea
5:00pm - 1c dry corn bran cereal, 1 bottle of Coke Zero
8:00pm -16oz water, 2.5miles biking
9:30pm - spinach and potato roti, 1 can caffeine-free diet pepsi

F/V - 7, H2O - 76oz, Exercise - 2.5miles biking
