Day 5-Carrie

11am: light and fit yogurt with 2 strawberries
20 oz hot tea
12:34 5 baked doritos. Love 'em.
12:40-Same smart ones three cheese ziti marinara that Angie had. She made it sound good somehow. Diet mt dew.
3:30 hershey's kisses that my doctor dude gave me. handful of peanut m&ms.
4:00 rest of the serving of baked doritos
dinnery time: 8 pizza rolls, DMD
8:30 20 oz hot tea
9:30smart ones dessert
11:00 handful of baby carrots.




H2O: 67ish oz
Exercise: none
F/V: 2.25 (if angie is counting the red sauce as a veg, then so am I)

I was pretty impressed with the ziti. It was a lot better than I thought it would be.

Yeah, the ziti is one of my favorites of the smart ones. I also like their chicken enchilada suiza (better than the lean cuisine one).

See, I'm thinking that 8 pizza rolls should be considered a 'serving size' and thus you shouldn't feel like 6 is the correct size. =)
